We make sure that our pickup/delivery rates are fair and very competitive.
Meet Jim and his helper Boy. Jim is from the Kansas City area. He has been an asset to The Mower Doctor since 2004. Jim is always busy doing various things such as the assembly and pre-delivery of new equipment and assisting Mark and Marta in sales and parts. His primary job though, is driving our emergency vehicle to your sick or injured equipment.
Right next to Jim, you will always find his helper Boy. With 2 1/2 years of experience, Boy also has many jobs at The Mower Doctor. He helps the techs keep the shop clean by disposing of used parts left on the floor, greets all customers with love at the door, and keeps Jim awake while on the road.
Round trip rates:
$35 less than 5 miles
$65 within 20 mile radius
$75 between 20 and 30 mile radius
$85 over 30 miles
You don't have to be home when we pick up your mower. Please have it accessible however, with the key in the ignition. If it won't run or has steering problems, please have it close to the house. Otherwise, we have a 15' winch cable on the trailer and are able to drive into the yard with your approval.
We will contact you when your mower is ready to be delivered and make payment arrangements. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. If credit card method is preferred, it will need to be run through by phone prior to delivery. Checks can be left on the door or someplace conspicuous.
